29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:    a- 412 Main Street, Toms River NJ: Employees, not using fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 13 feet to the ground surface below when performing roof shingle rip, tear, replace, and other related activities from a low pitched roof of a commercial structure.  Condition observed on or about 03/28/18.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a- 412 Main Street, Toms River NJ: Employees, not using fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 13 feet to the ground surface below when performing roof shingle rip, tear, replace, and other related activities from a steep pitched roof of a commercial structure.  Condition observed on or about 03/28/18.
