29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about 03/28/2018 at 1222 Madeira Key Way, Orlando, FL. three employees were exposed to a 8.3 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used. Employees were installing water proofing sheets, fascia siding and plywood panels on a 5/12 pitched roof. b) On or about 03/28/2018 at 1223 Madeira Key Way, Orlando, FL. four employees were exposed to a 8 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used. Employees were installing water proofing sheets, fascia siding and plywood panels on a 5/12 pitched roof.
