29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: a) U.S. Postal Service 933 Broad St., Portsmouth, VA 23707: On or about March 29, 2018, and times prior thereto, employees that were allowed to wear respirators on a voluntary basis were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D. No abatement certification or documentation required. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. United States Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1071447, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on October 22, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 11550 Livingston Rd, Fort Washington, MD 20744 and was affirmed as final order on November 18, 2015. United States Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1042069, citation number 1, item number 3, issued on May 29, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 900 E. Fayette St., Baltimore, MD 21215 and was affirmed as final order on June 25, 2015.
