ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED RLS Logistics was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration standard or its equivalent standard, section 5(a)(1) of the OSHA Act, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1157860, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 10-3-2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1075 Oak Street, Pittston, PA.
