Chlorine Storage Room - The employer did not describe in the respirator program the information and data relied upon and the basis for the cartridge change schedule and the basis for reliance on the data. During the connecting and disconnecting of one-ton chlorine containing cylinders, the employer required employees to wear 3M Versaflo TR-600 Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR) equipped with TR-6530N Organic Vapor/Acid Gas (SD, HC, HF, Chlorine)/ HE cartridges. Observed On or About March 14, 2018
