On or about March 29, 2018, at jobsite located 18 Tahiti Island Beach Road, Coral Gables, FL 33143, the employer did not ensure that employees while working with a corrosive chemical, such as but not limited to, Titan Ready-Mix Concrete (Portland Cement), wore eye or face protection to prevent eye injury from splatter and flying projectiles when performing mixing and installing pavers/tiles.
