29 CFR 1926.403(h): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit was not legibly marked at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so that the purpose was evident: a) Building 1558, JEB Little Creek Naval Base: On or about 03/29/2018, the overcurrent breakers #11 and 13 for the temporary lights and duplex receptacle outlet were not labeled in the breaker panel. No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Building 1558, JEB Little Creek Naval Base: On or about 03/29/2018, the yellow cord temporarily installed into the wall mounted duplex receptacle box was not provided with strain relief to prevent pull from the internal connections, as a result site employees were exposed to a possible electrical shock hazard. No abatement certification or documentation required.
