29 CFR  1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph.:  a)	Naval Station Dam Neck Building 407: On or about 08/06/2021, an employee plugged a battery charger into a 120-volt wall mounted receptacle outlet that was not guarded against accidental contact in that the cover was removed thus exposed employee to live conductor terminals.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
