DuPont Highway, Dover, DE - On or about March 28, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that live parts of electrical equipment were guarded from accidental contact. Energized electrical panels in the electrical room were not enclosed, nor was the room conspicuously marked to forbid entry by unqualified persons.
