29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 2273 Driftwood Loop West #544 (Top Plate Area) Mobile, Alabama: On or about March 30, 2018, and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities on the top plate of the structure without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately twelve feet (12') to the ground and concrete below.  The employer Abraham Quintanar was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1017251, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/10/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2440 McKenzie Ct. Lot 16 Saraland, AL 36571.  The employer Abraham Quintanar was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 991809, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/15/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 860 Edwards Avenue Fairhope, AL 36532.
