29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: A) 100 Park at Wyomissing Square - An employee was injured when moving a dumpster from inside to outside an apartment complex. His ankle became caught in between the curb and the dumpster breaking the employee ankle and requiring him to have surgery. The employee was hospitalized on March 9, 2018. The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization to OSHA until March 16, 2018. No abatement certification or documentation required
