29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been  taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition:    The Hardware Company Forsyth ll LLC., dba Ace Hardware Suwanee at Shakerag - On or about 04/02/18, and times prior to, the employer allowed a Caterpillar propane powered sit down forklift to operate in the workplace with a fuel tank and hydraulic fluid leak exposing employees to flammable and asphyxiant hazards by displacing oxygen. The propane tanks used were expired (11/05 and 9/08) and had not been inspected.        In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service:  The Hardware Company Forsyth ll LLC., dba Ace Hardware Suwanee at Shakerag - On or about 04/02/18, and times prior to, the employer allowed a Caterpillar propane powered sit down forklift to operate in the workplace with a hydraulic fluid and fuel tank leak without removing the forklift from service for repairs by authorize personnel.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
