29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a)  At 20854 Catamaran Dr., Grove Parc, Robertsdale, Alabama:  On or about April 2, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities while standing in the trusses without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 17 feet 10 inches to the concrete floor below.  b)  At 20854 Catamaran Dr., Grove Parc, Robertsdale, Alabama:  On or about April 2, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities while standing on the ceiling joists without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet 3 inches to the concrete floor below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a)  At 20854 Catamaran Dr., Grove Parc, Robertsdale, Alabama:  On or about April 2, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without first ensuring his employees were trained on fall protection to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 17 feet 10 inches to the concrete floor below.
