29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Building E, west side, third floor trusses, on or about 3-23-18: One employee was working and walking across flat floor trusses without fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 24 feet 4 inches to the outside of the building and 10 feet 6 inches to the floor below inside the building. KOHLER BUILDERS, LLC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OR A SUBSTANTIALLY SIMILAR OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1052332, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001, ISSUED ON 4-15-15, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 665 ROUTE 9, WILTON, NY 12831.
