On 3/28/2018 an employee was diagnosing why the nut feeder for a spot welder was not properly working. During this process the employee engaged the wrong air valve engaging the drawer this resulted in the right hand of the employee being pinched between the metal drawer guide and the metal drawer resulting in an amputation.
