29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: At the construction site located at 3605, 3625, 3635, and 3655 Nocona Parkway in Columbia MO 65201: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard. Employees engaged in masonry work were applying rock clad to an exterior wall of a building were exposed to a fall hazard of up to 32 feet from the working platform of the scaffold to the ground below. A complete guardrail system or other means of fall protection or fall protective systems were not provided.
