Employee engaged in framing activities, using a pneumatic nail gun, was exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not provided.

The supported scaffold  frames were not provided with base plates and mud sills or or other adequate foundation.  Scaffold frames were either supported by base plates or mud sills but not both, exposing employees to a scaffold collapse.  The fall hazard is up to 8 feet.

Crossbraces were used as a means of access.  At the residential construction located at 4001 NE Sagamore Drive in Lee's Summit, Missouri: Employee was exposed to a fall hazard.  The supported scaffold  was not provided with an access ladder for the upper working level. The fall hazard is up to 8 feet.

At the residential construction located at 4001 NE Sagamore Drive in Lee's Summit, Missouri: Employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard.  Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to the 110 volt energized conductors on the broken extension cord.  Conductors were exposed on the cord providing power to the air compressor.  b.  At the residential construction located at 4001 NE Sagamore Drive in Lee's Summit, Missouri: Employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard.  Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to the 110 volt energized conductors on the missing ground pin extension cord.  The missing ground pin was  on the cord providing power to the air compressor.
