29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501: (a) Clear Creek Limited Inc. at 8328 Mummy Range Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80528: On or before 04/02/18, the employer did not insure that employees were protected from fall hazards while roofing a residential property. The employees were performing roof work without the use of fall protection. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet.
