MTJ Home Improvement, Inc. was previously cited for a willful violation of an equivalent standard CFR 1926. 501 B 10, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 941786 citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/20/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 43 Hadley Rd., Sunderland, MA.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
