29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about November 29, 2017, and at times prior, at 1670 S Deframe St, Lakewood, CO 80228, Islas 22 Roofing Construction LLC did not ensure that employees engaged in roofing operations on a two-story multi-family residential home were tied-off. Islas 22 Roofing Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) Duty to have fall protection, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1024407, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 23, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3804 W Hamilton Avenue, Denver, CO 80236. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
