29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system; a) On or about 04/03/2018 at the Bayeast Condominiums complex at 300 Brandywine Dr. Largo, FL., employees were exposed to a 21 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used. Employees were removing/installing plywood panels, waterproofing paper and shingles on a 4/12 pitched roof. ALBRIGHT ROOFING & CONTRACTING, INC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(11), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1208966, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 04/04/2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 545b PINELLAS BAYWAY SOUTH, TIERRA VERDE, FL 33715.
