Construction site:  On or about April 2, 2018, and at times prior, at 1889 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville GA 30049:  a) the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet to 30-feet to the dirt below when no midrails were installed at the window opening at the second floor.  b) the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9-feet to the concrete below when no midrails were installed at the wall opening on the first floor basement.
