(a) Tony's Roofing at 3637 Lowell Blvd, Denver, CO 80211: On or before 04/04/18, the employer did not insure that employees were wearing safety glasses while using pneumatic nail guns when roofing. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501: (a) Tony's Roofing at 3637 Lowell Blvd, Denver, CO 80211: On or before 04/04/18, the employer did not insure that employees were protected from fall hazards while roofing a residential property. The employees were performing roof work without the use of fall protection. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet.
