Molded Fiber Glass Companies dba Molded Fiber Glass Tray Company, 6175 Route 6, Linesville, PA, on or about April 4, 2018 and times prior thereto: Employees operate an Erie Press Systems hydraulic press (press #17) to manufacture items including, but not limited to, starch trays. The bottom of the press has a 16-inch high by 52-inch wide opening when the press was in the closed position.
