OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that textiles washed with a nonaqueous solvent were dried in a standard laundry dryer:  a) Scranton Cleaners: Employees used a Cissell Mfg. Co. Model L36UR30S Steam Dryer (SN 2289-189) to dry clothing/linens that were washed with a dry cleaning solvent, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards, as discovered on or about 04/25/2018.   b) Scranton Cleaners: Employees used a Cissell Mfg. Co. Model 44CD42S Steam Dryer (SN 197) to dry clothing/linens that were washed with a dry cleaning solvent, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards, as discovered on or about 04/25/2018.   c) Scranton Cleaners: Employees used a Cissell Mfg. Co. Model 42X42-D Steam Dryer (SN 2017) to dry clothing/linens that were washed with a dry cleaning solvent, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards, as discovered on or about 04/25/2018.
