Boynton Beach Blvd. Suite 3, Boynton Beach FL 33436, employees who perform electroplating of jewelry were exposed to chemical burns from substance containing Sulfuric Acid and Sodium Hydroxide, due to not being provided with facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes within the work area.
