29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.     a) 38 Sunset Drive, Regency at Trotters Pointe, Tinton Falls, NJ:  On or about 4/4/2018, a Stein Contractors LLC   employee was installing fascia boards on the roof peak of a residential structure.  The employee was not using any form of fall protection and was thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet to the ground below.
