This condition exposed the employees to falls of approximately 20 to over 60 feet.

Mississippi Ave., Denver, CO 80209:  On and before April 3, 2018, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from a fall from elevation in that guardrails or other suitable fall protection were not properly installed on the working platforms of two separate scaffolds on the west side (Sherman Street) of the building. Several employees were performing brick work from the scaffolds while both scaffolds lacked adequate guard rails on their sides and ends where the employees were working. This condition exposed the employees to falls of approximately 20-50 feet.
