The employee is working from the roof of a home located at 1067 Peerless Road, Akron, OH, without fall protection provided. The roof contained a pitch of approximately 10/12 and the fall to the ground below was approximately 10-12 feet.   b) On or about March 23, 2018 employee #2 is exposed to a fall hazard while performing shingle tear off of a residential home. The employee is working from the roof of a home located at 1067 Peerless Road, Akron, OH, without fall protection provided. The roof contained a pitch of approximately 10/12 and the fall to the ground below was approximately 10-12 feet.   Jim Coon Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1275225, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 29, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at .
