On or about April 06, 2018, at the above referenced inspection site, adequate inspections were not being made by persons competent persons to identify and correct hazards which could result in employee injury. Workers at the site were exposed to struck-by hazards. and fall hazards. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
