29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) new construction residential property at 4523 Champions Run (Building 40A), in Cherry Hill, NJ, 08002, south side of the building: Employees were exposed to multiple hazards onsite including but not limited to overhead hazards when they performed framing and sheeting that could result in lacerations, which occurred on or about 4/5/18. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
