29 CFR 1926.451(b)(7): On scaffolds where platforms are overlapped to create a long platform, the overlap shall occur only over supports, and shall not be less than 12 inches (30 cm) unless the platforms are nailed together or otherwise restrained to prevent movement. On or about April 3, 2018 employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet when not overlapping planks on the supports.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights shall be plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement. On or about April 3, 2018 Employees were exposed to a fall hazard approximately 20 feet to the lower ground when scaffold frame was not plumb.

29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Frames and panels shall be braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which secure vertical members together laterally. The cross braces shall be of such length as will automatically square and align vertical members so that the erected scaffold is always plumb, level, and square. All brace connections shall be secured. On or about April 3, 2018 employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 20 feet in height to the lower ground level when not installing the horizontal braces on Non-Stop scaffold.
