29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: On or about April 5, 2017, at Lot 44, 2727 Cove View Court, Dacula, Georgia: An employee performing roofing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 21-feet and greater when he tied off his rope to a rope grab attached to a carabiner which was connected directly to the webbing of a rock climbing harness at the front of his waist.
