Location: 163 Bloomfield Ave Verona, NJ 07044- 4th Floor a) Employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 6 feet while being moved on a mobile scaffold that; didn't have outriggers, had a height to base ration of approximately three to one, and had obstructions on the floor in direct proximity to the casters of the scaffold, on or about 4/10/18.
