29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly. Administrative office; on or about 10 April 2018 and times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure that the portable fire extinguisher were inspected at least monthly. Five Amerex ABC portable fire extinguishers located throughout the facility were not inspected at least monthly. This condition exposed employees to delays in exiting the building causing smoke inhalation and fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v) South Terminal, Delta Baggage Handling Room: On or about 10 April 2018 and times prior thereto, there was a 16 ounce unlabeled container at work station PRT 123/AL325. This condition exposed employees to delays in getting proper first aid and knowing correct PPE for the type of chemical.
