Employees were exposed to hazards associated with lead, tin, copper fumes, and iron oxide such as, but not limited to, irritation and damage of mucous membranes and respiratory system, cancer, and birth defects during soldering operations.

Employees engaged in soldering operations were exposed to hazards associated with lead such as, but not limited to, fatigue, headache, digestive symptoms, and up to and including birth defects and cancer.
