29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: Employees engaged in working in the kitchen area of the restaurant were exposed to an impact / tripping hazard due to the discharge sheet metal on the flame broiler not being able to be secured to the equipment. The discharge sheet metal would fall off the flame broiler at any time either hitting the employees or creating a tripping hazard on the floor as employees walk pass the flame broiler.
