29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane was not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section: 15 Harback Rd, Sutton, MA On April 11, 2018 and at times prior, employees operated overhead cranes that were overdue periodic inspection. The inspections were completed on May 10, 2018 resulting in most cranes requiring maintenance or part replacement to correct safety conditions that included unserviceable wire rope, inoperative brakes, improper electrical grounding, missing bumpers, and gearbox leaks.
