29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Providence Court, Lumberton, NJ: On or about April 10, 2018 a JCHACON Contractor employee installing roofing on the steep sloped roof of a two story new construction single family residence was not using fall protection and was thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 20 feet.
