29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was four feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about March 28, 2018: a) Employees working at the 490 Moreno St. Gainesville, GA location were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 5 1/2 feet while working off a fuel loading rack that did not have any fall protection means in place.
