The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:     a) On or about April 11, 2018 the AFM Fabtek hydraulic brake press point-of-operation was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the hazardous downward motion of the ram during the bending process.        b) On or about April 11, 2018 the Mitsubishi Toyoxoxi hydraulic brake press point-of-operation was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the hazardous downward motion of the ram during the bending process.        c) On or about April 11, 2018 the Amada RG-80 hydraulic brake press point-of-operation was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the hazardous upward motion of the ram during the bending process.        d) On or about April 11, 2018 the Amada RG-50 hydraulic brake press point-of-operation was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the hazardous upward motion of the ram during the bending process.        e) On or about April 11, 2018 the Amada RG-35S hydraulic brake press point-of-operation was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the hazardous upward motion of the ram during the bending process.        f) On or about April 11, 2018 the Amada RG-50 hydraulic brake press point-of-operation was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the hazardous upward motion of the ram during the bending process.        g) On or about April 11, 2018 the Amada Diamond BB 4013 hydraulic brake press point-of-operation was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the hazardous upward motion of the ram during the bending process.        h) On or about January 11, 2018 the Haeger Pemsert point-of-operation was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the hazardous force exerted when the upper and lower tool holders made contact and/or a conductive path was created by contact with a conductive surface.

Pulleys, any parts of which are seven (7) feet or less from the floor or working platform, shall be guarded in accordance with the standards specified in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section.
