The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards associated with using pneumatic nail guns without wearing approved eye protection.  The most recent occurrence of this was observed April 10, 2018 at the new residential construction house located at 6115 Whitewater Lane, Lincoln, NE where the employer has employees using pneumatic nail guns to secure the shingles they were installing on the roof without wearing any ANSI approved eye protection.

The most recent occurrence of this was observed April 10, 2018 at the new  residential construction house located at 6115 Whitewater Lane, Lincoln, NE where the employer has two employees without fall protection equipment exposed to fall hazards while installing shingling on a new residential home construction.

The most recent occurrence of this was observed April 10, 2018 at the new residential construction house located at 6115 Whitewater Lane, Lincoln, NE where the employer has two employees using an extension ladder as means of access/egress from the roof without having extended it a minimum of 3 feet over the eave.
