29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours:   a) United States Postal Service, located at 421 Benigno Blvd, Bellmawr, NJ: On or about 4/5/2018, an employee was in the process of hooking up a tow motor to an all-purpose container (APC), when his foot became tangled on the connecting bar, causing him to fall resulting in a right shoulder injury. The incident led to the hospitalization of the employee. The employer reported the hospitalization to OSHA on 4/8/2018, not within the required 24 hours.
