29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph. a) Basement area - On or about April 14, 2018, employees were using receptacles, containing live parts energized to 120 volts AC, to provide power to construction equipment and portable tool, but several of the receptacle plate covers were missing. b) Basement area - On or about April 14, 2018, employees were using circuit breakers in a panel, containing live parts energized to 240 volts AC without the cover or dead front installed, to control power in the building for construction equipment and lighting.
