29 CFR 1926.602(d) NOTE: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 29 CFR 1910.178(l) of this chapter.  29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l):  a) On or about April 12, 2018, the employer failed to certify, as required by the standard, that each powered industrial truck operator had been trained and evaluated to operate powered industrial trucks, such as the Gehl RS Series rough terrain forklift.
