Grzegorz Przada dba Brickster Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.178(l)(1)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1363518, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 18, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 16 S. Fairview Avenue, Park Ridge, IL 60068.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a. On June 23, 2020, an employee engaged in masonry work was not protected from fall hazards of approximately 14 (fourteen) feet, while working along an unprotected edge of the deck.  Grzegorz Przada dba Brickster Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1363518, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 18, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 16 S. Fairview Avenue, Park Ridge, IL 60068.  Grzegorz Przada dba Brickster Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.50l(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1308258, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 23, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3140 N. Kedzie Ave., Chicago, IL 60618.
