29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:       a)  On or about December 3, 2018, employees were not protected against accidental contact with energized overhead power lines during masonry work.  The overhead power lines consisted of secondary lines having a voltage rating of 120/240 V. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:        a)  On December 3, 2018, employees engaged in masonry work were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground, while working along an unprotected edge of the deck.     Grzegorz Przada dba Brickster Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1308258, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 23, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3140 N. Kedzie Ave., Chicago, IL 60618.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
