29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms: At 4130 California Avenue, St. Louis, MO, guardrail systems were not installed at the south end or the working platform where the bricklayer was located or along the east side of a separate working platform where the hodcarrier was located. The fall distance to the ground below was approximately 15 feet. This violation was observed on 04/10/18.
