29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) On or about April 10, 2018, at the job site located at 2068 Avondown Road, Forney, TX 75126, employees were framing a new residential single family house while using Hitachi nail guns. Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.
