29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): 505 Leonard Avenue, Rock Hill: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. The employer permits the employees to work at heights greater than 6 feet above lower level without using any forms of fall protection systems, exposing the employees to fall hazards. On 04/12/2018 two employees who were working on a sub-floor were exposed to fall hazards where guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or any other fall protection measures were not provided. The employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 18 feet to ground level.
